세 번째는 통계와 시험 결과의 서술 방식입니다. AI는 “임상 결과를 써줘”라는 요청을 받으면 숫자와 단위를 섞어 권위처럼 보이게 만들 수 있습니다. 실제 데이터가 있다면 괜찮지만, 데이터의 조건과 맥락, 한계가 빠진 결과 문장은 선별 인용으로 해석될 여지가 커집니다. 결국 AI 카피는 ‘생성’이 아니라 ‘검증과 문서화’의 프로세스 안에서만 안전해집니다.

실무적으로는 기준을 단순화하는 편이 효과가 큽니다. 문구를 승인할 때 반드시 확인하는 질문을 고정하면 됩니다. 이 문장은 결과를 보장하는가, 특정 효능을 확정하는가, 개인 경험을 일반 사실처럼 만들고 있는가, 실증이 필요한 표현인데 근거가 문서로 연결되는가, 번역될 때 더 강한 단정으로 바뀔 위험이 있는가. 이 질문들에 걸리면 문구를 폐기하는 것이 아니라, 표현을 바꾸고 조건을 붙이고 근거를 연결해 다시 쓰는 방식으로 운영하면 됩니다.
